Porn Star vs. Illegal Immigrant
As I'm sure everyone knows by now, the body of young college student Emily Sanders has been found dumped at the side of a road, likely left there by the "man" in the photo above, Israel Mireles. Mireles was the last person seen with her, and according to Joe Terzi - owner of Bella Casa Italian Restaurant where he worked - blood was found on the carpet and bed of the motel room where Mireles was staying. This from an informative article at the Kansas City Star which I came across via Amir Larijani Unrestrained! The article also states that they believe he's travelling with his 16 year old girlfirend, Victoria Martens, who is also pregnant.
The article quotes Police Chief Tom Boren at length, a sampling follows:
Boren said Wednesday that Mireles and his girlfriend could be headed for Mexico, where he has relatives.
Mireles has been in the United States legally and has "resident alien" status, Boren said.
Boren said investigators have "no information at all" from Mireles' family, and have received "very little cooperation," from them in Vernon, Texas, where they live.
Investigators have talked to the mother of Mireles' pregnant 16-year-old girlfriend, Boren said. "Her mother is concerned."
Notice that Boren said "has been" here legally, not that he currently is. Has been is past tense. So *is* Israel Mireles an illegal(aka "undocumented", overstayed visa, etc.) immigrant? Most likely, the so-called mainstream media wouldn't report it if he is, mention of his status and country of origin was left to the last sentence of even the article quoted from above.
What exactly is his prior criminal record? Don't tell me he doesn't have one, people don't start off with murder like that.
Another thing this article brings to mind: Bucky Phillips. When Bucky had escaped from prison in upstate NY and was on the loose, the police arrested his family members for not cooperating with them. Why is this case different? Their's no reason they couldn't jail his family for being uncooperative in their search for a brutal murderer with an impregnated 16 year old kid for a girlfriend. They should deport his relatives too while they're at it, send them packing along with Mireles.
Why this Mireles was ever given any kind of legal status to begin with needs to be addressed as well, do they just hand cards out to anyone from south of our border? Rhetorical question, of course..
How is the rest of the so-called mainstream media treating this story? Because the young girl had recently done some nude modeling under a fake name, all of a sudden she's "Zoey Zane the internet porn star" - that's what they identify her as and fill the headlines with. The so-called mainstream media is focused on the supposed lurid details of the victim Emily Sanders life. Why don't they fill their headlines with the Mexican criminal Mireles instead, most likely in the country illegally and in any case is on the lamb with a 16 year old pregnant girl, more commonly known as "jail bait"? Would that not be more appropriate? It's not as if they can make any claim that they're trying to show some sensitivity here. Ratings? Well everytime I look these media outlets are cutting staff.

Eight Israelis accused of belonging to a neo-Nazi cell that attacked religious Jews and painted swastikas in synagogues were charged on Tuesday on counts including aggravated assault and weapon possession.
The 16- to 19-year-old male suspects, who are accused of videotaping a more than year-long spree of attacks in central Israel, were also charged in Tel Aviv District Court with conspiracy to commit a crime and disseminating racist material.

The mystery investor has bought put option contracts on the DJ Eurostoxx 50 index that will result in a profit if it plunges to 2,800 or below by the end of September. Based on the 2,800 strike price, the position covers a notional €6.9bn, and potentially even more using a market price of about 4,100 when the trades were done on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Other brokerage and insurance companies where options trading surged include:
-- Citigroup Inc., which has estimated that its Travelers insurance unit may pay $500 million in claims from the World Trade Center attack. It had a jump in trading of October options that profit if shares fall below $40 apiece. Almost 14,000 of those options contracts were traded from Sept. 6 to Sept. 10 -- about 45 times the previous daily average. Citigroup shares fell $2.85 today to $39.60.
-- Bear Stearns & Cos., where investors traded 3,979 contracts from Sept. 6 to Sept. 10 on September options that profit if shares fall below $50. The previous average volume for those options was 22 contracts. Bear Stearns shares fell $3.79 today to $46.45.
-- Marsh & McLennan Cos., the biggest insurance brokerage, which had 1,700 employees working in the World Trade Center. Traders on Sept. 10 exchanged 1,209 contracts on options that profit if company shares fall below $90 through the third week of September. Previously, 13 contracts had traded on an average day. Marsh & McLennan shares fell $2.50 today to $84.50.

Court documents are shedding more light on the rape and murder of Dani Countryman, a 15 year old American girl from Texas, who was murdered in an apartment in Milwaukee, Oregon on July 28. Authorities have charged two illegal alien cousins with aggravated murder.
Alejandro Emeterio "Alex" Rivera Gamboa, 24, and Gilberto Javier Arellano-Gamboa, 23 have admitted to being in the US illegally, according to Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Rivera Gamboa was issued an Oregon ID card and avoided deportation even though he has been arrested for drunk driving four times since 2000!
Rivera has admitted to placing his foot with force down on Countryman's neck, while his cousin Gilberto struggled with her during the rape. Authorities have matched a bloody shoe print on the body to Rivera's shoe.
"Dani Countryman is dead because our government failed to secure our borders and enforce our existing immigration laws," says William Gheen of ALIPAC. "The suspects in this case were shown, by our state and federal governments, that they could break many American laws without any serious penalties. Hell, the state of Oregon even aided them by giving them an ID! It is no wonder that many illegal aliens escalate their crimes into the realms of rape and murder. On the date of this release, this story has been confined to the New Media of talk radio and the Internet, with only newspapers in the states of Oregon and Texas reporting. CalTech graduate student Virgil Griffith built a search tool that traces IP addresses of those who make Wikipedia changes.
On November 17th, 2005, an anonymous Wikipedia user deleted 15 paragraphs from an article on e-voting machine-vendor Diebold, excising an entire section critical of the company's machines. While anonymous, such changes typically leave behind digital fingerprints offering hints about the contributor, such as the location of the computer used to make the edits.
In this case, the changes came from an IP address reserved for the corporate offices of Diebold itself. And it is far from an isolated case. A new data-mining service launched Monday traces millions of Wikipedia entries to their corporate sources, and for the first time puts comprehensive data behind longstanding suspicions of manipulation, which until now have surfaced only piecemeal in investigations of specific allegations.
Wikipedia Scanner -- the brainchild of Cal Tech computation and neural-systems graduate student Virgil Griffith -- offers users a searchable database that ties millions of anonymous Wikipedia edits to organizations where those edits apparently originated, by cross-referencing the edits with data on who owns the associated block of internet IP addresses.

Griffith thus downloaded the entire encyclopedia, isolating the XML-based records of anonymous changes and IP addresses. He then correlated those IP addresses with public net-address lookup services such as ARIN, as well as private domain-name data provided by IP2Location.com.
The result: A database of 34.4 million edits, performed by 2.6 million organizations or individuals ranging from the CIA to Microsoft to Congressional offices, now linked to the edits they or someone at their organization's net address has made.

Voting-machine company Diebold provides a good example of the latter, with someone at the company's IP address apparently deleting long paragraphs detailing the security industry's concerns over the integrity of their voting machines, and information about the company's CEO's fund-raising for President Bush.

Jimmy Wales is the founder of Wikipedia, and has also been called into question over edits he's made on the site. Excerpting another Wired.com article from 2005:
Public edit logs reveal that Wales has changed his own Wikipedia bio 18 times, deleting phrases describing former Wikipedia employee Larry Sanger as a co-founder of the site.

The changes were reported Monday by technology writer Rogers Cadenhead on his blog, Workbench, spurring Sanger to launch a dialogue on Wikipedia about revisionist history.

Cadenhead said other Wikipedia editors described Bomis Babes as "soft-core pornography," but Wales changed it to "adult content section" on Sept. 4, and later twice removed references to pornography, instead describing it as "Bomis Babes blog based on Slashcode."
This would seem to be modeled after the way the entire so-called mainstream media is run.

Censorship Proven against Ron Paul on McLaughlin Group This Weekend
If anyone knows how to videotape the McLaughlin Group this weekend (July 27, 28, 29) and throw up the clip about ten minutes into the program onto YouTube - please do so.
The McLaughlin Group is hosted by John McLaughlin and airs weekly on PBS stations usually once per station on every Friday night or on the weekend.
We all know that legitimate news about Ron Paul is being ruthlessly and brutally censored by ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN and FOX. The McLaughlin Group is also funded by some pretty big wig corporations run by the Ruling Elite. (McLaughlin himself, I believe, mentioned Ron Paul once in a quick aside a few weeks ago. That's been it.)
This week the McLaughlin Group panel was John McLaughlin, moderator; neo-con Tony Blankley to his immediate left; "paleo-conservative" Pat Buchanan to his far left; liberal Democrat Lawrence O'Donnell to his immediate right, and liberal Democrat Eleanor Clift to his far right.
About ten minutes into the program this weekend, in a dreadfully drawn out discussion about whether Hillary or Obama won the exchange in the CNN YOUTUBE debate this weekend on whether to meet with foreign dictators without pre-conditions, an apparently slightly bad edit revealed that those editing the final cut of McLaughlin group are also in on the suppression of Ron Paul.
REVEALING EDIT
About 7 to 10 minutes into the show, at the end of this ginned-up Hillary/Obama clash, McLaughlin turned toward Pat Buchanan and said (paraphrase): "When you look at the YOUTUBE crowd . . ."
You then hear Buchanan with a jocular but supportive tone say, "Ron Paul . . ." --- (This is exactly what Buchanan said, not a paraphrase.)
At that point there is an abrupt and clumsy edit and now McLaughlin is again on camera saying (paraphrase): "Who won this exchange between Hillary and Obama?" And then Buchanan answers that question.
It sounded from the tone of Buchanan's voice he was about to say with a laugh something like, "Ron Paul is winning the YOUTUBE crowd, John." Of course, this is exactly the type of sound bite that the Media Elite at the Big Media outlets does NOT want the public to hear.
Obviously these shows go a little longer than 30 minutes, and then the editors get to whack out any sensitive material, and/or enough material to cut it down to the show's allotted time.
I hope some YOUTUBE savvy person can get this up on YOUTUBE this weekend with a little commentary. PUMAMAN1 - are you there? (Pumaman1 put up the hilarious expose of the FOX news bias against Ron Paul after the first debate at the Reagan Library a few months ago. Search "Ron Paul Fox Debate Pumaman1" on YOUTUBE - I laughed so hard I cried - so funny was that one.)
WHAT WE LEARN FROM THIS
So what do we learn from this, Mommies and Daddies and Boys and Girls?
We learn that while everyday Americans look at television as something to entertain them, give them the weather, and give them the news headlines - that those running the Big Media look at the cameras and the final cuts as weapons of war. With these tools they censor from the American people what they do not want us to see. They realize that 5% or 10% of us see through it - but their goal is to maneuver the 90% of casual news watchers into directions that the average person doesn't realize he is being maneuvered.
IT'S TREASON - ARREST THE TRAITORS AT THE BIG TV NETWORKS!
What the Big TV Stations and Big Media are doing is TREASON, pure and simple. The owners and controllers at ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, and FOX should be arrested and tried for treason. And - if people who know what I know make the case for the prosecution - they will all be found guilty before an unbiased jury.
As I have explained many times before, they are serving two foreign powers over the United States of America. One is the little terrorist "state" of Israel and its arm in this country, the organized Jewish Lobby (AIPAC, ADL, etc.), and the other is the New World Order Banking System centered around privately owned central banks like the FED and the Bank of England. This financial power is a non-territorial power, as it reaches across nations and continents, but it is a world power nonetheless. The two factions of this financial power are the top of Freemasonry / CFR / Trilateral / Bilderberg (fronted by such as Bush, Clinton, Cheney) and the top of Zionist Jewry, or more accurately, the top Jewish Supremacists (fronted by such as Alan Greenspan, Paul Wolfowitz, Charles Schumer).
SLIGHT DETOUR FOR A CLARIFICATION
There are many everyday Jewish people in America and elsewhere who would call themselves Zionists, as they think the Jewish people need a homeland of their own, who are not at all in on the insane drive towards a police state here in the USA and World War III in the Mideast. And there are quite a number of individuals Jews who have heroically opposed some or all of the aspects of this program. (These individuals are getting about as far at this point as individual Catholics like myself are getting in opposing the demolition of the Catholic Church being perpetreated by key operatives sitting in the Vatican and in the bishops' chairs. --- But it's not over yet.)
For instance, in an interview of Ralph Nader conducted by Pat Buchanan in "The American Conservative" circa 2004, Nader cited a protest in Israel itself that year - against Sharon policies at that time - to which 120,000 Israelis showed up.
With that said, it is my estimation that most of the brain-power and spiritual energy for the drive towards world tyranny comes from the Jewish Supremacist side of the Ruling Elite. And that explains why the Big TV Networks, clearly in "Zionist Jewish" hands, are censoring Ron Paul.
And if the current megalomaniacs on BOTH sides of the Ruling Elite equation aren't stopped - then again masses of everyday Jewish people will also suffer - as happened during World War II - once the banksters got the show rolling by funding four super-criminals to the top of world affairs. It should be noted that the Ron Paul agenda would overthrow the CFR side of the equation also, costing the current "Great Men of the Earth" trillions of dollars and all their power. So the ENTIRE RULING ELITE STRUCTURE is determined that Ron Paul will NOT become President.
This is why twerpy George Stephanopoulos told Ron Paul on national TV a few Sunday's ago that his becoming President is "not going to happen."

Online Business Ethics
Very simple: Be a source of integrity. Don't be phony, people will know and not come to visit your site again. Even worse, they will post a bad review somewhere on the web and others will not even come to see for themselves. If you don't know about something, don't pretend that you do.
Respect your customers, or prospective customers, and offer them something of value. Give good information that will draw your customers' attention and this will help to build trust. It also gives them a reason to stay or come back again for more. Follow-up with your customers, but don't be a pest. Basically, don't spam, don't steal, and don't lie.
Just as in an offline business, there are ethics and standards that should be followed. If you are starting an online business, you've probably spent some time online already and can see that there are hundreds of thousands of businesses trying to sell their products and information and services to you. Study how they do it. Spend some time visiting the websites of your competitors, much like you would when preparing a business plan for an offline business. Look for and evaluate the following characteristics to determine the integrity of the business as a whole:
What are they selling?
When you first come to their index page, can you quickly and easily figure out what they are selling? Is it a real product, an information product, a membership or a service? Do they offer something of real value right off the bat for free such as informative content or a related ebook? If you cannot determine within the first 30 seconds what they are selling or why they are in business, chances are that they are just a hodgepodge of links put together to make the owner affiliate revenue. However, if you do see something of value, stay a bit longer and evaluate further.
Can you contact them directly?
Look on the main page. Contact information could be in the top nav bar, on the side nav bar or at the bottom of the page. Also, look for a direct link such as Contact Us. Click this link and see where it takes you. Do they provide a physical address, a contact name or email, and a phone number? These three things are a must for a legitimate business. If an owner is not confident in his business enough to put an address and contact phone number on his site, he must be hiding something. The final test is to send an email to the company and see who responds and how long it takes to get a response. Most one-person web businesses should be able to answer your email within 1-2 business days.
Is the content valuable and correct?
One of my biggest pet peeves is spelling and grammar. If the owner has done his research and knows what he is talking about, this should show in the quality of the information on his site. A professional image depends on attention to details. Presentation is everything. If you are going to put out information, it has to be presented in an organized fashion with no mistakes. When I see more than one misspelled word or grammar mistake on a website or page, I move on. If the owner has not proofread his own material or verified the information on his site is correct and presented professionally, I won't be trusting that his products are much higher in quality.
Is there a free trial or guarantee on the products and services being offered?
Those businesses that have developed a quality product or service and are confident in it will not hesitate to put a guarantee on it. They will stand behind it 100%. Even better are those companies that let you try the product or service for free. This way you can test it out to see if it is indeed what you need and meets the quality standards of a legitimate business.
How do they advertise?
Look at the other links on the website. Visit some of them to see the quality of partners associated with the first business. Do the links take you somewhere valuable and helpful? Is the business partnered with other legitimate businesses? Also, how did you find out about the website in the first place and what in their ad drew you in? Did the ad lie to you? Make sure that when you advertise that you don't misrepresent what you are offering. In addition, don't be a spammer. Make sure to develop a double opt-in email list that you can use to send valuable follow up information to your customers. This will help to build loyalty as well as word of mouth referrals.
Visit forums and pay-per-click sites to see the companies who are advertising the same products and services that you are to find out what promotion methods they are using. Use them as a starting point and try to set your standards of quality and honesty a step above when developing your ads.
The bottom line is, there is good karma and bad. Even though we all know those people in life whose bad karma hasn't caught up with them yet, don't join the crowd. Be a leader, be a source of integrity, and provide a quality product or service that you can stand behind. In the long run, this will help you build a profitable, long-standing business rather than a fly-by-night get rich quick scheme.

Because a federal candidate can force radio ads onto WHO AM and other major radio stations around Iowa in the week before the Ames Straw Poll to put the spotlight on the crooked Diebold voting machines which the Iowa State GOP leaders have voted to use to "count" the votes at the Straw Poll.
***** Why are the Diebold machines bad and inherently un-American?
These Diebold machines use secret computer programs which no one is allowed to examine; these Diebold machines were designed to steal elections. There is no paper trail. (See chapter two and appendix two in the book, "Black Box Voting" by Bev Harris; these chapters are available free online at the right hand side of the home page at www.blackboxvoting.org )
To add insult to injury, the Diebold machine gives the voter a receipt. HEY MORONS AT THE IOWA STATE GOP! I don't need to know how I voted. I KNOW how I voted. I need to know how the other 20,000 people at the Iowa Straw voted. THAT's why we need an OPEN, verifiable count. -
By the way, aren't you charging $35 for each Iowan to vote at the straw poll? Isn't there an implied contract there? Aren't you promising to deliver a VERIFIABLE count as to who REALLY wins the straw poll, and who comes in second, etc.? You don't think people are giving you $35 for you to count the vote in secret so that they never know if they got a fair count for their candidate -- or a crooked count, do you?
You aren't saying you can take $35 from a fellow Iowan and then fail to count his vote properly at the straw poll, -- and then deliver a dishonest - or even an UNVERIFIABLE count -- done in secret and behind closed doors, are you? Methinks you're setting the Iowa GOP up for a class action lawsuit if you persist in trying to count this Straw Poll vote on the secret, and already discredited, Diebold software. That's why we need a Congressional or Senatorial candidate to explain to the people of Iowa and the people of America through major radio talk shows in Des Moines and elsewhere WHY we need paper ballots counted in the open at the Iowa Straw Poll, -- AND -- at the Iowa Caucus, and in all of New Hampshire instead of just ½ of New Hampshire, and in all the primaries, and at the General Election.
***** Why do the FCC-licensed Radio stations have to carry a federal candidate's ads without altering or censoring them in any way?
Because the Reasonable Access Law requires stations licensed by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to carry the TV and radio ads of federal candidates without editing the content - AT ALL. In fact, the law provides that if a radio or TV station censors or alters the content of such a radio ad, then the license for the station is awarded to the federal candidate whom they censored.
There was an "iron-clad" Washington DC circuit court case ruling in 1996 (Becker v. FCC), in which this court, one below the Supreme Court, ruled that a station must give it's license to the candidate if they don't run his ads without censorhip, and at the time of the day he designates, just as they do for any business which advertises.
***** What is the profile of the kind of Candidate we need?
1. Anyone over 25 who supports Ron Paul, "can't take it anymore", and is willing to play a key role in fighting back.
2. Preferably someone who is retired, financially independent, or who works for themselves, or who feels they can survive financially if the GOP and Dem power structure in Iowa tries to retaliate against them financially (i.e, you don't want to do this if are a government employee, or work for a big company that can fire you because they support the New World Order agenda).
***** What does the candidate have to do?
1. The candidate has to get the required signatures to become a congressional candidate or senatorial candidate in the race for the Iowa GOP primary or the Iowa Democratic primary. This is usually 50 signatures to get into the congressional primary, plus pay a small fee. It is usually about 250 signatures to get into the primary race for Senator, and a little larger fee.
The reason the Senatorial candidacy would be better, is because then there is no question that our candidate can run radio ads on any radio station in anywhere in Iowa.
(While the FCC has been good about defending the right of candidates to run ads in the district where they are running - starting at least last year the FCC has teamed with radio stations to pull out all kinds of technicalities to subvert the clear intent of the reasonable access law which insures that federal candidates can run radio ads on ANY FCC licensed radio station in the nation. We in Cincinnati are going to take them to court on this as soon as we can launch the case. HOWEVER, if we get someone to enter the primary for the Senate race, then this ensures that the candidate can run ads anywhere in Iowa between now and the February caucus / primary, even with the questionable rulings (?) which are suddenly being invoked to prevent the free speech of candidates.)
2. We contribute money to the candidate.
3. The candidate airs the ads on WHO AM -- and other Iowa radio stations - and gets the message to the people. (Even $3000 would make an impact - but $5000 is better, and $10,000 would be better - to really saturate at Des Moines radio waves with education / action radio messages in the week before the Iowa Caucuses.)
4. The candidate should be able to do talk radio, give an interview to the press, and give a speech when he/she wishes to do so. (He / she should not feel obligated to do anything else unless he / she desires to do so; no need for signs, bumper stickers, walking door to door, etc. You reach more people with on radio ad over a Big Talk station than by walking door to door for months. (Personally, I will not do any interview that is not live. The TV and Radio press have proven themselves to be so dishonest and so slanted that I won't waste my time. In the age of the internet, we don't need to do rigged interviews that they plan to slant mercilessly in the editing.)
5. In other words, no busy work; get on the ballot, we'll help you raise the money. We can help write the ads and produce the ads, the candidate need not worry about that.
****** How does an "unknown" candidate raise money?
Simple - and there's only one way that works quickly. You put up an audio or video on a website with the radio ad, or radio ads - and then you tell people about how much you need to run the ads for how long (i.e., $3000 for one week of saturation advertising on WHO, or whatever). And then you allow them to mail in a check or donate by paypal immediately. We can help you do that, as we've done it a number of times.
***** What is the timeline for the Iowa Straw poll?
1. We should find the candidate and get the signatures and pay the fee next week, by July 22, 2007.

Please read this important book hosted at Constitution.org by James and Kenneth Collier, titled VOTESCAM: THE STEALING OF AMERICA. Besides being a great read, it opened up my eyes many years ago when I first came across it - long before the 2000 elections, ultimately decided by ruling of the Supreme Court. A Consumer Report on IMVU 3d ChatWhat the heck is IMVU you may be asking? Surely you've seen their ads across the internet or received an invitation from a friend. IMVU (aka Instant Messaging Virtual Universe) is a popular 3d messenger chat service, where you can make your own avatars and furnish your own rooms with items from their catalog to enhance your chat experience - it's more of a virtual visual chat rather than the usual text-based services like MSN Messenger, Yahoo and ICQ. It also has a community aspect to it, similar to services like myspace. While still in beta phase, the service is actually rather interesting not to mention addicting.
There are also extras that you can purchase, such as buying your screen name for a few bucks which removes the Guest_ moniker from the front of it. They say it's also supposed to remove advertising, though you still see IMVU's in-house ads, marketing their latest gimmick which usually consists of something like a Wizard bundle(reminiscent of Harry Potter) - including a room and furniture and some credits for you to spend in the catalog.
 Also sold as an extra is something called the Access Pass, where those 18 and older can access items for sale in their catalog that's rated Restricted. According to their own terms of service, product ratings on the site are "roughly equivalent to the Motion Picture Association of America's PG-13, R, and NC-17 ratings,". Their content policy goes on to state that IMVU's "three rating categories are General Audience (like "PG-13"), Access Pass Only (like "R"), and Unsuitable for IMVU (like "NC-17" and adult). Obviously, it is difficult to define clear lines that distinguish between any set of useful ratings, and it is impossible to do so without incurring some disagreement. Rather than start from scratch, we will apply the spirit of the MPAA's movie ratings, which have stood the test of time, and of PayPal's Mature Audience Policy, which articulates a policy that is reasonably equivalent to the MPAA's R rating.".
Do the customers get what they pay for?
Specifically, they claim:
Clarification on General Audience vs. Restricted vs. Mature
Product, homepage, or avatar picture ratings should follow the criteria set by the Movie Picture Association for PG-13 (IMVU's "General Audience" rating), R (IMVU's "Restricted" rating), or NC-17 (IMVU's "Mature" rating).

Examples of items that are not appropriate for the IMVU catalog might include:
Exposed male genitalia, close up shots of female genitalia.
Graphic masturbation, sex, or genitalia on genitalia action; or the use of instruments, dildos, vibrators, or other apparatus engaged in penetration.
Explicit sexual intercourse or penetration
Bestiality
Items that violate IMVU�s TOS
Items that promote, instruct, or advertise illegal activities
Products, homepages, or content created or used explicitly to malign or degrade another user
Anything that overtly harasses, degrades, intimidates or is hateful toward an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability
Items or symbols representing, promoting, or advertising hate-based organizations (Neo-nazi, KKK)
Anything that depicts extreme images of graphic violence, dismemberment, self-mutilation, homicide, suicide, or cruelty to animals; or anything depicting extremely grotesque images or acts in general
Anything that includes personal or identifying information about another person without that person's explicit consent
Anything that exploits children or minors
 In reality though, IMVU applies this policy with a "make it up as you go along" enforcement. They routinely disable products claiming they fall under "mature" or "UFI"(Unfit For IMVU) which are legitimately bought, such as pole dances and poses of people cuddling that would fall under Restricted if they abided by their own stated policy. The administrators who run the site fail to understand the difference between "romantically involved" when it comes to "suggestive poses and demeanors" vs. graphic and explicit imagery. We have even seen a "Passion Pose Couch" with a rather innocent pose of one person straddling another's lap be reviewed and determined to be "mature", the equivalent of an NC-17 rating in their own words, by an unnamed IMVU administrator.
Clearly obscene and a public menace, right? This couch was created by a 16 year old kid involved in IMVU's 3rd party developer program, and did manage to get the decision reversed at the lobbying of other 3rd party product developers on the site, but it's questionable whether it would have been returned had she not sold 16,000+ of them at the time for about 770 IMVU credits(around the equivalent of 75 cents, small change but when having to issue refunds for the product it would add up quickly). Examples of items rated "Restricted", meaning you need to fork up $20 for an Access Pass to view and use, include this obelisk
Why would anyone consider this item rated R? You could see it in any PG rated film, but I guess they have to fill the catalog with something. IMVU publishes their Mature Content Policy prominently and makes it a big part of the sale of their Access Pass. Selling an age 18+ only Access Pass to purchase products considered "roughly equivalent to the Motion Picture Association of America's R ratings" and offering primarily pg-13 equivalent "restricted" products for purchase is by definition fraudulent, starting with what's called false advertising.

Not only is the vast majority of the content in the Restricted portion of the catalog PG-13 rated equivalent, but those customers who don't have the Access Pass end up having to shell out $20 to IMVU before they can regain the access to the numerous General Audience(again, by IMVU's own stated policy is PG-13) products which they bought in good faith, and are then falsely rated as 18+ restricted content. This by definition is Bait and Switch. Law.com defines it as n. a dishonest sales practice in which a business advertises a bargain price for an item in order to draw customers into the store and then tells the prospective buyer that the advertised item is of poor quality or no longer available and attempts to switch the customer to a more expensive product. Electronic items such as stereos, televisions, or telephones are favorites, but there are also loan interest rates which turn out to be only for short term or low maximums, and then the switch is to a more expensive loan. In most states this practice is a crime and can also be the basis for a personal lawsuit if damages can be proved. The business using "bait and switch" is an apt target for a class action since there are many customers but each transaction scarcely warrants the costs of a separate suit."
Why does IMVU not wish to make good on their own sales pitch?
It's speculated that it has to do with all the bad press they've received about minors gaining access to "adult" products there, and for some reason are now considering an age verification system to combat this(their Terms Of Service explicitly states they already have one), though at the same time their staff has repeatedly stated that they have no intention of changing their stance on Unsuitable For IMVU content, and that it isn't up for discussion.
While I'm sure some would prefer to believe that it was a matter of kids "sneaking through" to buy the Access Pass, it must be noted that from Oct. 2006 until around late February of 2007 IMVU's policy was that:
The General Audience content will be available to all users over 13 years old. The Restricted content will be available only to users who have purchased the Access Pass, which IMVU will take reasonable steps to make available only to users either over 18 years old or over 13 years old if and only if they have parent permission.
So in short, for quite some time IMVU's policy was to sell their Access Pass to under-aged kids giving them access to Restricted content both in their catalog and chat client. Now the customers are peddled a bill of goods seemingly due to IMVU's own incompetence and stupidity, in order to shore up their public image, while taking the money of customers who are grown adults.
Many of their customers are not taking this lightly, filing complaints with state offices across the US, as well as seeking legal redress in other parts of the world. Payment services such as PayPal have also received many complaints. One prominent example:

As it appears that IMVU.Inc has continually violated trade practice laws in almost every jurisdiction, we have had no course but to ask for a hearing in The Australian Courts. Notice is hereby given in the first instance that an application has been made to The Australian High Court, representing all states and territories of Australia and its boundaries, that IMVU.Inc will need to appear before the court on grounds that it has defrauded customers by offering the Access Pass, that was intended for mature content. That in offering this product, and allowing developers of products that actually breached the TOS(known hereafter as Terms Of Service) of IMVU.Inc , however were allowed to stay in the catalog system for considerable time without being removed, and in doing so willingly allowed legitimate Access Pass Holders to firstly pay for such items with real credits that were obtained by several real cash transaction/and or Promotional Credits, also in doing so took from developers a fee for the said content, has breached under the Australian Trade Practices Act, the following Offences.

False or misleading representations
A corporation shall not, in trade or commerce, in connexion with the supply or possible supply of goods or services or in connation with the promotion by any means of the supply or use of goods or services:
(a) falsely represent that goods are of a particular standard, quality, value, grade, composition, style or model or have had a particular history or particular previous use;
(aa) falsely represent that services are of a particular standard, quality, value or grade;
(c) represent that goods or services have sponsorship, approval, performance characteristics, accessories, uses or benefits they do not have;
(a) make a false or misleading representation with respect to the price of goods or services;
TRADE PRACTICES ACT 1974 - SECT 58
Accepting payment without intending or being able to supply as ordered
A corporation shall not, in trade or commerce, accept payment or other consideration for goods or services where, at the time of the acceptance:
(a) the corporation intends:
(I) not to supply the goods or services; or
(ii) to supply goods or services materially different from the goods or services in respect of which the payment or other consideration is accepted
IMVU.Inc will be required to be represented in these proceedings and also in the Small Claims Division of the NSW Supreme Court. There are 312 small claims Plaintiffs filing claims for non refund in real credits for goods paid for. Promo credits in these cases were never used for the purchase of legitimate products that IMVU.Inc allowed into its catalog. All court papers and evidentiary documents have now been processed and the Courts will be mailing to the address supplied on the IMVU.Inc website.
You(IMVU.Inc) The Defendant have 21 days from the service of papers to respond with a defense, or admit the claim or not respond. In the case of not responding Judgment will be entered against the defendant and court orders will be made in compliance with the Trade Practices Act and the Small Claims Division.
We strongly urge IMVU.Inc to respond/and or come clean with the real reason for taking away product and selling a false instrument. We will assert at a hearing that IMVU.Inc is trying in a desperate bid to wash its hands of so called **** Pass, in the event that it now wishes to market itself to the under age market, and in the event of a takeover bid or buyout wishes to have a clean image. Upon legal advice you have sold a product here in this country and it has been adverted and sold, in a manner that now breaches law.
To date all correspondence that we have tried to forward on has been ignored, and threads on the forum have been deleted or blocked. We intend to take this to the full extent of the law and serve this notice without prejudice.

Class Action Suit
IMVU.com is owned by The Will Harvey Company. Will Harvey is also the founder of There, a similar service to IMVU:
"Forterra Systems was formed in 1998 as There, changing its name to Forterra in 2004 to reflect its expanding focus on virtual world technologies for consumer, business and government services."
Forterra was later acquired by Makena Technologies.
IMVU's chat technologically speaking is pretty interesting and impressive in my view, as well as the whole "virtual economy" set-up for the 3rd party developers who submit their products, but truth to be told you're much better off going with a service like Second Life or Red Light Center - where you stand a much better chance of actually getting what you pay for.
{Update:  IMVU is still disabling products people paid for(often without refund or reimbursement) that are no worse than the avatar actions/poses that IMVU themselves created and endorse as part of the Access Pass features, and are doing so without notice to users of the site. Products such as these caress bed and mat are classified in IMVU's catalog as Restricted, again the equivalent of an R rating in their own words, and thus need to buy an 18+ only Pass to even view them. These products have no business being rated the equivalent of pg-13 let alone R. This is fraud and false advertising that IMVU continues to engage in, and apparently have no intent of stopping anytime soon.

About the Credit Refunds:
Well, wouldn't you know it, IMVU did in fact manage to mess up the refunds... I've received many reports of non-refunded items, double refunds, every possible screw-up. if there is a way to mess anything up, IMVU manages to do it. And no reports of anyone getting money back for the AP. What can I say?
Our original legal objectives (reproduced below) involved getting our stolen goods back and forcing IMVU to give us an adult neighborhood in which they could be used. Basically, for them to give back what they sold us, that which has been supporting their company all along.
But after witnessing these three months of extreme incompetence, I am considering simply pushing for a cash refund for everyone concerned. IMVU is simply too messed up. They will always be messed up. I don't think I want to encourage anyone to continue a relationship with this company.
I have temporarily postponed our legal actions while we wait for Dr. Martin's class action suit to go through the higher courts of Australia. This will take place in about three weeks. After seeing the results of that case, and IMVU's response to the ruling, we will better know what to push for in our case. However, at this time, as I stated before, I am leaning entirely for a simple money back refund.
Everyone on the Legal List will receive detailed instructions on what to do to get their money back. Everyone not on the legal list will most likely be screwed. So get on the list!

Various legal precedents are being set around the world in relation to internet communities such as IMVU, that are only strengthening our case.
Because companies such as IMVU are selling virtual products for real money, the courts are declaring that the TOS of such companies must be held to a much higher standard than they have been in the past.
Virtual properties, whether virtual land, avatars, accessories or whatever are essentially all the same, and being purchased with real money, the companies which sell them are being held accountable for these items just as if they were real.
If you bought a car and a month later, the car dealer comes around and says, "Sorry, that car wasn't supposed to be on the lot," do you think they could take it away or disable it?
The tactics which IMVU has used, willingly or unwillingly allowing mature items to be sold and purchased from their catalog while gearing up for the teen market definitely falls under 'bait and switch' laws, and 'solicitation with intent to defraud laws' in most jurisdictions.
Speaking of jurisdictions, international courts are declaring that while an internet company such as IMVU may reside in the jurisdiction of California, they will be held subject to the jurisdiction in which any customer who signs up and pays a fee resides.
Accepting cash from a customer in any jurisdiction constitutes doing business in that jurisdiction, thus they are subject the laws of the customer's jurisdiction.
So, I hope the above points make it clear why we have a very good chance of accomplishing our mission objectives.

Why is it so important that the Executive Branch enforce our immigration laws? Should we really have an open/no borders immigration policy?

Jose Valenzuela was convicted of gross sexual imposition in 1998. Then he was deported to Mexico in 2004.
However, Valenzuela, now 37, recently returned to live in Butler County, despite its crackdown on illegal immigrants. And now, he’s back in the county jail.
Why did he return?
“They never told me I couldn’t come back,” Valenzuela told authorities, according to a sheriff’s office news release.
The charge he faces could result in up to a year in prison, Sheriffs Deputies also contacted federal immigration officials to urge another round of deportation proceedings. NYTimes/CBS shAmnesty PollI was reading the actual numbers from the NYT's/CBS's poll regarding Immigration earlier, among other things, the results come across a bit different than what the numerous presstitutes and phloggers are selling. So 69% of Americans believe illegal aliens should be prosecuted, a full 70% believe illegal immigrants here weaken the economy because they don't pay taxes and use public services meant for US citizens - as opposed to strengthening our economy because they provide low cost labor and spend money. 82% of those polled feel that the powers that be aren't doing enough to secure our border, doing less than "can reasonably be expected to do", 68% saying we need increased border patrols. 62% say that most recent immigrants(primarily from Mexico per numbers above) don't try to learn English within a reasonable amount of time; 47% believe visas for specialized workers should stay at present levels while 21% feel they should be decreased. 68% believe illegal immigration should be reduced by negotiating with Mexico to get them to improve security on their side of the border. This writer feels that Mexico is a far bigger threat to our nation than Iraq and Iran combined, and that rather than hunting down phantom WMD's and nookular bombs built on cooked evidence and dodgy dossiers courtesy of the neo-twits(con and lib), we should be bringing our troops home and dealing with the real threat called Mexico south of our own border, occupying the north section of their country if need be to protect our sovereignty. At least 12 Americans die every day at the hands of illegal aliens, from drunk driving, rape and murder, etc., and that's a conservative number. Let israel and brethren fight their own damn battles, as much of our taxes go towards foreign aid for their military and extensive nuclear arsenal(at least 200 bombs, multiple submarines to launch them from, etc.,) they don't need our Army, Navy, Marines, and National Guard. The jewish entity's enemies are not America's enemies; what's good for globalism and their North American Union isn't good for the United States.

Senator Ted Kennedy and Harry Reid along with Presidential hopeful John
McCain are proudly touting an agreement reached to provide amnesty to
the approximately 20 million illegal aliens residing in the U.S. If you
haven't contacted your Senators and Congressmen yet, now is the time to
do so.
The plan includes the following provisions:
1. It provides amnesty for illegal aliens who came to this country prior
to January 1, 2007 (How exactly you are to prove when an illegal came
here is beyond me.), who have paid taxes, and do not have a criminal
record.
2. It creates a new "Z" visa which will be issued to the previouosly
mentioned group of illegal aliens that would allow them to stay and work
in the U.S.
3. The head of the illegal alien household will be given 8 years to
return to their country of origin and pay a fine of $5,000 to achieve
U.S. citizenship.
4. Illegal aliens with "Z" visas not wanting citizenship will be able to
renew their "Z" visa indifinetely allowing them to stay and work in the
U.S.
5. A new guest worker visa will be created that allows a foreign worker
to come to the U.S. and work for two years. It can then be renewed up to
3 times.
6. It decreases the length of the border fence called for in previously
passed legislation from 750 miles to 370.
7. It calls for the hiring of 18,000 new border patrol agents (who we
assume are being hired to replace the agents the federal government has
been throwing in jail for protecting the U.S. from drug smugglers and
other criminals).
Senator Kennedy stated the President has agreed to sign the bill. Thus,
the only thing between amnesty for 20 million illegal aliens and law and
order is the Democrat controlled House.
We can only hope the bi-annually elected House members will be more
receptive to the will of the people and reject this disgraceful piece of
legislation.

It's the same type of culture-killing "protestors" and philanthropists we see these days striving to shut down Mel Gibson's films or others theatrical performances of a play based on Rachel Corries life that were shutting down "controversial" operas in France. Amazing how things change..
This neo-bolshevist behavior is still alive and well in France(as elsewhere) today, well demonstrated in this article about activism, protests, "nazi-hunters" and anti-racism from '95. It's these same people who are pushing for "hate-crimes" legislation in our Congress. The tales of expulsions and "pogroms" always seem to be one-sided. I've recieved notice that a new federal "hate-crimes" bill is about to reach the House floor. To quote the most recent update from Ted Pike, "The House version of the federal "anti-hate" bill, H.R. 1592, is scheduled for a last hearing in the Subcommittee on Crime on Tuesday, April 24. The next day the entire House Judiciary Committee will consider the marked-up version, making its own changes. If approved, the bill will be sent forward to the House to be voted on, perhaps immediately."
Previous versions of late have not been successfully passed, and it is important to Americans that this one meets the same fate - as evidenced by how these laws have been enforced in Europe and Canada. Exactly who is behind this legislation?

As national concern over impending passage of the federal anti-hate bill heightens, an increasing number of new right organizations are writing articles in opposition. I am delighted!
However, since these organizations are pro-Zionist, they feel that in order to protect the Jewish people they must obscure the role of the Jewish Anti-Defamation League of B'nai B'rith as the culprit behind hate laws worldwide.
To do this, they are creating the mythology that "the homosexual lobby" is the great Satan behind hate laws and the sinister attempt to end free speech.
Truth is the best way to deal with incipient mythologies. Yes, evangelicals, it's time to fight hate laws as if our lives literally depend upon it. The fact is, a century of half-truths and lies concerning matters Jewish has brought us to national crisis.

I AM TOLD that in today's Times (April 7) the poo-obsessed Times columnist Giles Coren has revealed that his doctor has told him that he produces an excess of bile. His writings about me of late suggest that he had no real need to seek medical expertise to learn this.
MORE seriously, the German Government has quietly admitted that over the last twelve months it prosecuted over 18,000 Germans for offences of "right-wing extremism," of which only a few hundred involved actual violence: i.e. they prosecuted over seventeen thousand thought-crimes -- people unwitting displaying the old swastika emblem, or even worse, National Socialist ideas, and perhaps even "denying the H."
As the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung recently pointed out in a courageous editorial, most of these new criminal records have been sprung on ordinary citizens blissfully unaware of the criminality of their actions and thoughts, because the tame German media are too cowardly to report any of these cases -- even the major trials like those involving the revisionists Ernst Zundel and Germar Rudolf.
These absurd laws themselves are protected by fresh layers of other, even more absurd, laws making it impossible even for court-appointed attorneys to provide an adequate and conscientious defence to those accused under the thought-crime laws. Any German or Austrian lawyer who does, can be -- and frequently is -- himself ordered arrested by the judge, for having associated himself with these criminal thoughts and deeds. Zundel's court-appointed defence attorney Sylvia Stolz (right) made herself unpopular with the prosecutor for "hampering the prosecution," and is now to be prosecuted for so hampering. Go figure, as the Americans say.
More than once my chosen Austrian lawyer, Dr Herbert Schaller, left, arrived in the Vienna prison with fresh horror tales from Zundel's Mannheim courtroom -- the judge Meinerzhagen had warned him that if he asked certain questions of the court, or made certain defence motions, he too would be arrested.
I remember that in January 1993, when I was tried in Munich under Germany's laws for the suppression of free speech, one of my three lawyers turned up apologetically on the morning of the hearing apologizing that he could not continue to act for me, as the Munich Bar Association had threatened him with dismissal -- i.e. the end of his career -- if he did. He showed me their actual letter. I was fined thirty thousand deutschmarks, around twenty thousand dollars, for uttering a single sentence which the Polish authorities now belatedly admit was true.
I NOTICED when I was in Viennese prison that the jailhouse, built to hold eight hundred malfeasors, currently held 1,400 inmates, a quarter of them Blacks. It was a tight fit but it was possible, provided we did not all breathe at the same time.
This morning I have received a letter from Frau K., an elderly Viennese lady in her nineties. Exercising what is the constitutional right of every citizen in most other countries, on September 27 of last year she had written a personal letter to the President of Austria, one Herbert Fischer -- a small, straw-haired gentleman of even smaller character and endowed with all the intellect and bearing of Lady Chatterley's gardener -- to protest against my arrest, trial, and imprisonment. "What D. I. said was right," she wrote in one passage of this incriminating letter. She received no presidential reply? Right. -- She heard no more? Wrong.
On March 8 the Austrian criminal authorities sent her a letter fining her the sum of 200 euros under penalty of jail for having written these seditious words to their august president. No trial, no hearing, no defence -- no lawyer would have dared to defend her anyway.
This is the new Europe, coming soon to a jailhouse near us. I for one shall do my damndest to prevent it.

Latest news from the free world. Fromm is safe, and two JDL thugs arrested
JDL Thugs Attack Paul Fromm
TORONTO - Canadian Free Speech activist Paul Fromm was attacked at the College of Teachers hearings in Toronto, Ontario, yesterday [April 19], where the College is conducting hearings on the attempt to revoke his teacher's certificate on a series of politically motivated allegations.
He showed up in the morning for the hearing, to find ten Jewish Defence League (JDL) thugs waiting with Israeli flags and the usual placards.
Once the JDL thugs recognized Fromm, they attacked. Fromm stood firm, pushed past them and got onto the elevator. Two of the thugs forced their way on, as did two police officers.
As soon as the doors closed, one of the JDL hoodlums attempted to choke and assault Paul Fromm. The police immediately intervened and pulled the JDL thugs off Paul Fromm. One officer was slightly injured.
Two of the JDL assailants were arrested by the Metro Toronto Police Service.
In the ensuing hearing Fromm represented himself, it is reported, with honour, dignity and courage. He explained to the tribunal what happened and they adjourned for thirty minutes.
During the adjournment, Paul Fromm gave an emotional and insightful interview to Canada's Globe & Mail. Len Rudner from the Canadian Jewish Congress attended the hearing, seated in the hearing room.

This is the freedom and democracy they're pushing onto the world, when they can't enforce their laws judicially they do so extra-judicially. It should also be noted that if you order a book or video that the Canadian Government has declared their lawful citizens are not allowed to purchase or see in their country, Canadian Customs agency will open your mail and confiscate the goods, have them incinerated, and then send you the bill for their actions. One has to give them credit for being so thorough with their tyranny.
How does the so-called "Main-Stream" Media report on these "hate-crimes"? By referring to the JDL - a well known terrorist group founded by Kahane followers - as "activists, demonstators and protestors", treating them with credibility. On the other hand, they falsely accuse and smear people such as Paul Fromm and Ernst Zundel as violent Hitlerite "white supremacists"; Zundel being a well-known pacifist with no criminal record who has been terrorised by thugs many times himself, by mail bomb, fire bomb, etc., and is currently sitting in a German gulag for questioning the veracity of certain historical claims - after spending a couple years in a Toronto Canada prison(put in solitary confinement in an underground cell, we used to call them dungeons) while his security certificate and deportation were reviewed by a Canadian court, with secret evidence(most submitted by the usual lobbies) which he nor his lawyer were able to see or defend against. And this after being illegally renditioned out of the US, unduly taken from his wife Ingrid and family, extrajudicia
